Team fact: The Blue Devils are 18-1 for the tenth time in school history, including the second season in a row and the sixth time in this decade.

2. Pittsburgh (18-1)

Player spotlight: Senior forward Danny Green is one rebound shy of 500 for his career. His 128.0 offensive rating is 21st in the nation and he is 26th in effective field goal percentage (63.2) and 45th in true shooting percentage (64.3).
Team fact: The Tar Heels have won nine straight games against Florida State.

4. Connecticut (18-1)

This week: at DePaul on Wednesday, vs. Providence on Saturday
Player spotlight: Senior forward Jeff Adrien averaged 12.0 points and 16.5 rebounds and had double-doubles against Villanova and Notre Dame, giving him five in a row and 42 in his career. His 118.4 offensive rating is 1136th in the nation and he is 103rd in defensive rebounding percentage (21.5).
Team fact: The Huskies lead the Big East in blocked shots with 7.0 a game.

5. Oklahoma (20-1)

Player spotlight: Sophomore forward Blake Griffin leads the nation with 17 double-doubles and has ten games with at least 20 points and 15 rebounds, a Big 12 single-season record. His 116.8 offensive rating is 188th in the nation and he is third in defensive rebounding percentage (31.9), fourth in fouls drawn per 40 minutes (8.2), 24th in percentage of possessions (31.6), 29th in free throw rate (74.9), 31st in effective field goal percentage (62.7) and 73rd in true shooting percentage (63.1).
Team fact: The Sooners have won 16 straight home games.

6. Wake Forest (16-1)

Last week: Lost to Virginia Tech 78-71
This week: vs. No. 1 Duke on Wednesday, at Georgia Tech on Saturday
Player spotlight: Freshman forward Al-Farouq Aminu is shooting a team-best 54 percent from the field and leads all ACC freshmen in double-doubles with six. He has a 104.6 offensive rating and ranks 145th in the nation in defensive rebounding percentage (20.4).
Team fact: The Deamon Deacons lead the ACC in field-goal percentage at .505.

7. Louisville (15-3)

Last week: Defeated Rutgers 78-59 and Syracuse 67-57
This week: vs. South Florida on Wednesday, vs. No. 18 West Virginia on Saturday
Player spotlight: Junior forward Earl Clark had 16 points and 13 rebounds in the win over Syracuse. He has a 99.4 offensive rating and is 107th in the nation in percentage of minutes (85.2).
Team fact: The Cardinals have won 15 of their last 16 Big East games, dating to last season.

8. Michigan State (16-3)

Last week: Lost to Northwestern 70-63, defeated Ohio State 78-67
This week: at Iowa on Thursday, vs. Penn State on Sunday
Player spotlight: Senior guard Travis Walton needs 13 assists to become the sixth player in Michigan State history to have 500 in his career. His offensive rating is 97.7.
Team fact: The Spartans had their 28-game home winning streak end against Northwestern.

9. Xavier (17-2)

Last week: Defeated St. Bonaventure 84-64 and Louisiana State 80-70
This week: vs. Charlotte on Wednesday, vs. Massachusetts on Saturday
Player spotlight: Freshman center Kenny Frease averaged 8.7 points, 3.3 rebounds and 14.0 minutes in three wins (including January 18 against LaSalle), shooting 71 percent from the field to be named Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week. He has an 86.9 offensive rating.
Team fact: The Musketeers are 5-0 in the Atlantic 10 for the first time since 2001-02.

10. Arizona State (16-3)

Last week: Defeated Arizona 53-47
This week: vs. Washington State on Thursday, vs. No. 25 Washington on Saturday
Player spotlight: Sophomore guard James Harden leads the Pacific 10 with 12 games of 20 or more points this season. His 120.4 offensive rating is 98th in the nation and he is seventh in percentage of possessions (33.7), 10th in fouls drawn per 40 minutes (7.5), 38th in true shooting percentage (64.9), 70th in percentage of shots (31.0), 74th in effective field goal percentage (60.3), 85th in free throw rate (64.0) and 95th in assist rate (30.6).
Team fact: The Sun Devils are the first team to win at Stanford, UCLA and Arizona in the same season since Oregon State and Southern California did so in 1980-81.

11. Memphis (16-3)

Last week: Defeated Rice 80-52 and Tennessee 54-52
This week: at East Carolina on Wednesday, vs. Houston on Saturday
Player spotlight:Senior forward Robert Dozier had 13 points and nine rebounds against Rice. He has a 107.4 offensive rating and is 147th in block percentage (5.6).
Team fact: The Tigers are 6-0 against East Carolina since the Pirates joined Conference USA.

12. Butler (18-1)

Last week: Defeated Wisconsin-Green Bay 68-59 and Wisconsin-Milwaukee 78-48
This week: vs. Valparaiso on Friday
Player spotlight: Sophomore guard Shawn Vanzant scored a career-high 20 points against Wisconsin-Milwaukee. His offensive rating is 90.1.
Team fact: The Bulldogs allowed just four field goals beyond four feet in the win over Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

13. Clemson (17-2)

Last week: Lost to North Carolina 94-70, defeated Georgia Tech 73-59

Player spotlight: Junior forward Trevor Booker has five double-doubles this season. His 117.9 offensive rating is 154th in the nation and he is 51st in block percentage (8.6) and 67th in defensive rebounding percentage (22.6).
Team fact: The Tigers have won three straight games against Virginia Tech.

14. Illinois (17-3)
Last ranking: 21
Last week: Defeated Ohio State 67-59 and Wisconsin 64-57
This week: at Minnesota on Thursday, vs. Iowa on Sunday
Player spotlight: Sophomore guard Demetri McCamey averaged 19.0 points and 7.0 assists while shooting 52 percent from the field against Ohio State and Wisconsin. He has a 107.7 offensive rating and is 48th in the nation in assist rate (33.2).
Team fact: The Fighting Illini are 4-0 at home in Big Ten games, the only team in the conference still unbeaten at home.

15. Marquette (18-2)

Last week: Defeated DePaul 79-70
This week: Defeated Notre Dame 71-64, vs. No. 23 Georgetown on Saturday
Player spotlight: Senior guard Jerel McNeal had a game-high 21 points against DePaul. His 116.1 offensive rating is 203rd in the nation and he is 141st in true shooting percentage (60.9).
Team fact: The Golden Eagles have won 14 straight home games, dating to last season.

16. Purdue(15-4)

Last week: Defeated Minnesota 70-62
This week: at Wisconsin on Tuesday, vs. Michigan on Saturday
Player spotlight: Sophomore center JaJuan Johnson leads the Big Ten in blocked shots with an average of 2.5 a game. His 116.3 offensive rating is 200th in the nation and he is 20th in block percentage (10.4) and 36th in turnover rate (10.0).
Team fact: The Boilermakers lead the Big Ten in field goal percentage defense at .356.

17. Gonzaga (14-4)

Player spotlight: Junior guard Matt Bouldin had a career-high 10 assists against Pepperdine. His 119.3 offensive rating is 120th in the nation and he is 95th in effective field goal percentage (59.6).
Team fact: The Bulldogs lead the West Coast Conference in scoring offense with 79.6 points a game.

18. West Virginia (14-5)

Player spotlight: Senior Justin Dentmon has made 22 of 23 (96 percent) free throws in the last three games. His 119.6 offensive rating is 114th in the nation and he is 167th in true shooting percentage (60.3).
Team fact: The Huskies have shot 74.4 percent from the free-throw line in Pacific-10 play after shooting just 63.1 percent in non-conference play.
